PropertyTalk — Privacy & Recording Policy
Applies specifically to consultations booked through PropertyTalk, in addition to Property CIBIL's general Privacy Policy.
Call recording
Consultation calls are recorded by default. You are shown a notice and must actively join the call to consent before it connects. Recordings are encrypted at rest, made available to the user for download for 7 days after the call, and permanently deleted afterward. Recordings are never stored on your device — only on our servers, for the retention window above.
Per-minute billing
You're charged only for actual call duration, rounded up to the nearest rupee (₹1 minimum), deducted from your wallet the moment a call ends. The rate shown at booking time is locked in for that consultation regardless of the expert's later rate changes.
Wallet & refunds
Wallet top-ups are non-refundable to external accounts but remain available as credit for future consultations. If a call fails to connect or ends in error before any advice is given, contact support for a manual wallet credit review.
Expert verification
Every expert profile is manually reviewed before it appears in search results. Verification does not constitute legal, financial, or professional endorsement by Property CIBIL — experts remain independently responsible for the advice they give.
Sensitive data
Broker bank account details submitted for payouts are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and are never displayed in full to anyone, including Property CIBIL staff, after submission — only the last 4 digits are shown for confirmation.
